A staple in our household is antipasto platters. The BF and I are often playing host to friends from around the world and nothing brings people together like an antipasto plate. I like to have a mix of cheese, cured meats, and any vegetable, dips and olives I can get my hands on.

TruFree do a great cracker you can use called Herb & Onion Crackers. I get mine frm our local sainsbury and even my gluten loving friends love them.

Just a note always check labels on dips and meats to make sure everything is GF. In the picture you can see some Italian sausage, we have just pan-fried it and finished with a squeeze of lemon!
